Quality product, good price, swift delivery
I ordered an ergo 2 lever operator's office chair on a Sunday, it arrived swiftly the following Tuesday. All parts were present and the video on the company's website made assembly quick and easy. Really pleased with the speed of delivery and very happy with the chair itself, which is really good quality and very reasonably priced. I recommend this company to others looking to make a similar purchase.
Good product but very poor customer…
Good product but very poor customer service support if you need any help after purchasing something. for the past 10 months we have been trying to get a credit note added to our account. Chased monthly and even 2 to 3 times per month. We receive the automated reply and no further correspondence. To note: we have not requested a refund but a credit to use for other purchases and the return was approved by the them so why the ongoing delay?

Ordered a new chair for our study
Ordered a new chair for our study. Arrived very prompt and is fantastic. Really comfortable and just what we wanted. Coat £150 but well worth it.
Watch out for the fake leather
Chairs advertised as "leather faced" are not all leather faced at all, most if not all are "bonded leather" which is cheap and doesn't wear well at all.
Good quality chair
Ordered a chair, it arrived as promised, was easy to assemble and has been great. Good quality :)

Bought an office chair
Bought an office chair, warranty for 12 months, 2 weeks after the warranty expired, the gas lift has stopped working. Now I had to pay for the parts. Not a good quality chair.
Item color scam
Company takes advantage of the small print in their "terms of conditions" regarding the color of the item by advertising chairs with pictures which don't look anything like the real thing and if the customer(s) don't like the color they have to pay absolute premium for the return delivery - you don't have a choice who to use and how much to pay.
I requested a sample of the materials they use via customer services to avoid this trap, but it was promised but never arrived. I can only wonder why...
Also, sales or customer services don't have a clue about the type of leather used for a particular item, not enough information on the web-site regarding this and customer services / sales were useless on the phone.
Superb quality office chairs & quick 2 deliver
Ordered a premium leather faced office chair, was quick to order online and it came very suddenly which was nice. Handy setup manual sheet with all the bits n bobs inside, easy enough to build and never looked back since. My new chair is more comfortable than a range rover car seat. Worth every penny and keeps me in position at my desk. Overwhelmed with the quality of the product I purchased with officefurnitureonline. Highly recommend and a couple of my friends have recently upgraded theirs from the same company. Thanks so much once again

Sorry you've lost me as a customer
Used to be a loyal customer for almost 5 years. In the past everything was delived by TNT and done nicely. The occasional hiccup (damaged delivery, missing things, etc.) issues were solved and service was good & reliable.
Yet now they start to insist on curbside deliveries (referring to the "full description") which simply for a private person is not manageble.
I expected my delivery to the door as usual in the past 5 years (interestingly one item of the order was delivered by TNT as usual...) and when you decline acceptance they want to almost charge you 20% of the value as delivery attempt charges. Where is that reasonable?
As a customer you had a past experience and you expect that to be lived in the future as well.
They now had twice discontinued items, one damaged / broken item during delivery, a delay and now this in the last 30 days. Never more - sorry to say
